My players succeeded all their SRs except maybe once.<br />I can see its use, say, for solo players -- as your example shows, it is wiser to create a dwarf warrior than a human one before starting off a solo adventure -- but in all other cases there can be a zillion ways for a GM to balance the perceived weakness of human PCs.
